I have been teaching at the Interlochen Arts Academy since 1990. My interest in youth literature for German classes started when I had the opportunity to join a summer seminar in Bremen sponsored by AATG to develop materials to use in conjunction with Karin Gündisch's book "Im Land der Schololade und Babanen." Since then, I hve used that book and several others in my upper level German courses.
This site was created as a part of my MA in Educational Technology, which I completed through Michigan State University in 2009. I hope this will be just the first of many such endeavors.If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
